This program examines the six key areas of your business - leadership, products, marketing, sales, operations and cash flow, and helps you install proven systems and frameworks that will help you professionalize your operation so you can double your revenue. This program includes a one-year subscription to Business Made Simple’s Small Business Flight School and bi-monthly online coaching sessions with a mastermind group to work through the concepts and gain real-time feedback on your ideas. Say goodbye to long hours at the office and gain the confidence that you can take a vacation and the business will run fine without you (and continue to grow!).
Cost: $5,000 per seat when paid in monthly installments, or save 20% ($1,000) if paid in full before the first class starts.

This invitation-only program brings together women founders & CEOs to build trusted friendships and a support network, while inviting each participant to learn and grow professionally and personally. Over eight monthly meetings, we collaborate to level out our businesses - setting you up for greater growth and predictable success using the Business Made Simple Flight School curriculum. The second half of each monthly meeting focuses on personal growth to help you level up your personal potential to embrace new possibilities in all areas of your life.

This group coaching cohort is designed for individuals who have a business idea or side hustle who are still working a full-time job, but want to convert that idea or hustle into a full-time business. Through group coaching supported by the Business Made Simple curriculum and a team of expert teachers who work with start-up businesses, you can get your business off the ground right from Day 1. This group meets bi-weekly on Friday afternoons from 3:30 - 5 p.m. Central Time.
Total Cost: $650 (includes one-time separate payment of $275 to Business Made Simple for online courses and resources)

NEXT COHORT BEGINS SUMMER 2025/INTEREST LIST BUILDING
This networking group is ideal for the owners of micro businesses and solopreneurs who are looking to learn and grow professionally, while connecting to new business opportunities. Sessions meet monthly for 1.5 hours and include training from Business Made Simple. Sessions are hosted in-person in Dallas, Texas or online, depending on applicant locations.
Cost: $159/mo. and one-time separate purchase of Business Made Simple online courses ($275).
