About Me
Gayle Goodman Lynch
Chief Executive Officer of The CoEqual Network
Host of the Choice Wisdom podcast
Business Made Simple Certified Coach
Accredited Business Communicator
As a business grows, owners may find they work harder and give up time for the things they love, only to discover the profits aren’t justifying the personal sacrifice. I bring business owners together to forge trusted friendships while learning to create predictable success for their business, giving them back the time to enjoy life.
I launched my first business in 2008 and over the years my passion has become my mission: helping other business owners succeed in business and in life. My background in marketing and communications has developed my love for a good story and, as a Business Made Simple Certified Coach, I help my clients invite their customers into a story where the customer is the hero and the company is the guide helping that hero achieve success.
While I have built successful businesses over the past 16 years, I’ve also fumbled and discovered that much of a business failure has to do with our own limiting beliefs. Over the past decade, I have embarked on a journey of leveling up personally through an exploration of mind, body and spirit principles in order to create the life I want. I blend the practical frameworks of the Business Made Simple coaching methodology with my own practical wisdom from having studied several healing modalities and absorbing more than 200 books on various mental health and spiritual concepts.
In addition to my executive coaching business, I own a sign company in East Dallas with my husband and host a podcast about creating the life that you want: Choice Wisdom. I am a Business Made Simple Certified Coach and hold an MBA in marketing from the University of Dallas, a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas Christian University, and am IABC Accredited.
Greg and I live in East Dallas with our teenage daughter, two dogs and three cats. (If only there were systems and frameworks for that kind of chaos!)
