Tom Foley is a social entrepreneur, attorney, and co-founder of of T2D Concepts. He was doing diversity, equity and inclusion long before it was mainstream. After 15 years of practicing law, he founded Indigo Group to design innovative, social entrepreneurship models to drive social justice.

He was nicknamed “The Lawyer” by his teachers in the 8th grade thanks to his logical, well-formed arguments. For the past several years, he’s applied his logic and his emotion in service of facilitating equity and inclusion workshops for corporations and leading the allyship program for NextUp.
