Full Interview: Standing tall in your story
Rebecca Fleetwood Hession is founder and CEO of WeThrive.live – which exists to ban burnout, build community and boost business.
Rebecca left a very successful corporate career with a $35MM track record in sales and 15 years within the esteemed Presidents Club at FranklinCovey to start living her own story as a coach to other successful executives. In addition to her one-on-one coaching practice, she formed a community of other successful women entrepreneurs called the Badass Women’s Council.
Since going out on her own, Rebecca has definitely leaned into “badass-ery.” She’s written a book, launched a podcast, and she created the “Stand Tall in Your Story” annual event to celebrate women’s accomplishments. Along the way she navigated a divorce and co-parented two children, whom she describes as amazing humans.
Rebecca has a unique take on corporate life: we are not machines here to produce; we’re beautiful humans here to add value, be relevant, and make an impact. In this full interview, we explore Rebecca’s passions on these subjects and hear her wisdom on creating the conditions under which we can all thrive.
