How to live a dual life and have fun, featuring Jennifer Keiner, MD
When she’s on a stage rocking out with her band, you’d likely be surprised to learn that Jen Keiner’s day job is the practice of internal medicine. With her bass guitar in hand, playing tunes Gen-Xers loved from their youth – like Pat Benatar, Blondie, and Duran Duran – Jen is the picture of a rock star.
Jen’s love of music created a healthy outlet for her outside of a job that has a very serious side – especially on the heels of a worldwide pandemic. She embraces her wild and fun side through her music and has found her tribe among other healthcare professionals who share her passion.
She teamed up with other female healthcare practitioners to found the band Foxy Codon (get it?) and also plays with the Sunset N’ Vinyl rock-doc cover band.
