Alex Hemani is a visionary real estate entrepreneur and CEO of Ninety9 Capital. Over the years, he has executed thousands of transactions with a combined market capitalization greater than $1 billion and annualized returns exceeding 50%.
Just as important as his resume and accomplishments is his commitment to elevating purpose to the same level as profit. Alex built his investment company and designs his funds to help sophisticated investors create generational wealth for their families. This choice followed a call from His Highness the Aga Khan, who, at his Diamond Jubilee, encouraged the Ismali Muslim community who were successful financially to create opportunities to help others achieve similar success. He took that call seriously and integrated it into all aspects of his business.
